YOUR SAFETY FIRST!  Our commitment to your safety as a rider is foundational in this joint effort. Our commitment is so strong we only sell motorcycles to those who have taken the CMSP Training Course (MTC) as offered  by Academy of Motorcycle Operation. In fact, we believe the MTC is so good that we will accept graduating riders from other training CMSP-authorized training providers who offer the same course, or those from other states.who offer the related course-Total Control Beginner Riding Clinic!

If you have taken other basic rider courses than the MTC. or have not taken ANY basic rider course, AMO will offer you a discount to take the MTC and learn more than you thought you knew.

Are you a new rider who's just bought your first bike but never took a safety course?  Never been on a motorcycle and want to learn? Then you'll want to check out the MTC for new riders offered by the AMO, who proudly offers the California Motorcyclist Safety Program (CMSP) Motorcyclist Training Course (MTC) each week. And you don't need a bike, AMO will provide you with a training motorcycle, helmet and gloves at no extra charge. It's all really easy. So Take the MTC at AMO and the DMV waives their on-bike riding test!

Are you already a daily rider or Sunday cruiser? Yes, AMO has classes for you too. Take a spin in one of their Next Step courses to go beyond the basics. Come ride with us!

Finally, if you ride and DO NOT have a license, AMO also offers a one-day course the DMV accepts to get your license!
